Terms of Use

Last updated September 27, 2026
Rules for using Mogel, including the free trial and subscription.
Agreement
By creating an account or using Mogel you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions: mogelapp@gmail.com.
The service
Mogel helps you log career activity, pay, expenses, and related records. Totals and insights are for personal organization only and are not tax, legal, or financial advice. Optional features may send data you choose to third-party services you connect (for example Google Calendar).
Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for the accuracy of data you enter. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live to use a paid plan.
Subscriptions
Mogel may be free during testing. When a paid plan is offered, the price, trial (if any), and billing period are shown in the app and at checkout. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store, Play Store, or web checkout, renew until you cancel in your store account, and refunds follow that store’s policies.
Optional integrations
Features like Google Calendar connect or a calendar feed link are optional. If you use them, you are responsible for who can access that calendar or feed link. Third-party calendar apps have their own terms and privacy policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
Intellectual property
Mogel’s branding, UI, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your workspace content remains yours.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data beyond our reasonable practices, or indirect damages from use of the app.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Courts in California are the venue for disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is when they were last revised.
